I am a Master of Science in Medical Sciences student with a background in kinesiology and experience across different research fields performing collaborative interdisciplinary work. My academic and professional experiences have strengthened my skills in critical thinking, communication, leadership, and problem solving, while creating a strong interest in translating scientific knowledge across meaningful challenges in healthcare and biomedical science.

Growing up, I have always been curious about science and its ability to explain the world around us. During my studies in kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario, this curiosity developed into a particular interest in human physiology, sex-based differences, and how our understanding of the human body can be applied to promote longevity and quality of life. As I continue my education in the medical sciences, I am developing an interdisciplinary perspective that allows me to look beyond the science itself to address complex health challenges.
